
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup cucumber, chopped small
- 2/3 cup galia melon, chopped small
- 1/2 sprig onion, diced fine
- 1/2 - 1 bag cilantro, chopped
- a few dashes rice vinegar
- a few dashes coconut aminos
- a couple dashes sea salt
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients and toss to combine. Serve over grilled fish or tofu
