Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup cucumber, chopped small 
  • 2/3 cup  galia melon, chopped small 
  • 1/2 sprig onion, diced fine 
  • 1/2 - 1 bag cilantro, chopped
  • a few dashes  rice vinegar 
  • a few dashes coconut aminos
  • a couple dashes sea salt 

Instructions
 

  • Chop all ingredients and toss to combine. Serve over grilled fish or tofu
