Ingredients

or more pounds zucchini

TBS
coconut oil or ghee or olive oil
sea salt
Instructions
If you have a
spiralizer
,
vegetti
, or even a plain old vegetable peeler or grater, use your tool to slice the zucchini into noodles.
Heat oil over medium heat and saute zucchini for about 10 minutes until soft and golden around the edges, stirring frequently
Stir with a dash of sea salt and serve warm
Also delicious with pesto or tomato sauce!
