Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag yellow beans ends trimmed first or just snap off as you're eating them
  • Burgers/buns/sauces
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado

Instructions
 

  • While you're making burgers, steam green beans in a covered pot over 2" of water for appx 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool while assembling plates.
  • Layer burgers with lettuce , tomato, avocados, etc and lay a pile of beans along side and sprinkle beans with a dash of salt and voila.

I love serving up yellow beans with burgers because they look so much like fries!!
