Preheat oven to 350
Chop fruit and put into Pyrex (appx 8x10 size)
In a large bowl, mix oats with baking powder and chia seeds
Pour oat mixture over fruit and mix gently
In the empty bowl, whisk eggs, oatmilk, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom & Sea salt until we’ll mixed
Pour wet mixture over casserole dish and gently stir until liquid is all settled and the oats are soaked evenly
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until firm
Serve warm in squares. Also can refrigerate or freeze squares then reheat for a quick and healthy breakfast!
