Ingredients

finely chopped brussel sprouts

apple chopped into small slices

dried cranberries

candied pecans
dressing:
juice of 1/2 lemon

Tbs
olive oil
dash of white balsamic vinegar
dash of maple syrup or agave
Juice of 1 orange
dash of sea salt
Instructions
Using a mandolin, carefully shred brussel sprouts into super fine pieces.
Cut apples into small pieces
Mix all dressing ingredients together then adjust to taste.
Toss everything together and enjoy!
