Ingredients

of salmon
cooked

of leafy greens
1/4
cup
cooked quinoa
1/4
cup
finely sliced fennel
1
tangerine
segmented
1
small radish
thinly sliced
for the dressing:
juice of 1 orange or tangerine
1
tsp
agave
1
tsp
white basalmic
1
TBS
olive oil
dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
While Salmon is cooking, use a mandolin to thinly slice fennel and radish.
Break apart tangerine into slices.
Mix dressing ingredients and adjust to taste.
Assemble bowl with leafy greens, quinoa, salmon, veggies, tangerine and pour dressing on top.
