Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
Chop romanesco into tiny florets.
When water is at a full boil, add maccaroni and romanesco.
3 minute before pasta is done, add frozen veggies.
Drain everything and move to a large bowl
Toss together with vinaigrette and chopped green onions.
Serve warm or cooled (up to 4 days in the fridge!)
