large leaves green chard or kale
or 1 1/2 cup spinach

vanilla almond milk

frozen banana

drop peppermint essential oil or 1/8 tsp mint extract

small chocolate chips

avocado

Instructions
Remove Stems completely from chard/kale
Blend banana, milk, peppermint, & greens leafs in a blender until smooth. Adding the optional avocado half here will make it more creamy!
Add chocolate chips and blend for 5 more seconds
