1bunch fresh Kalestems removed [optional to blanch first or use raw]

1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
optional 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. Taste and adjust the olive oil, sea salt. Sometimes I like to add lemon here
