Chop green beans into tiny pieces, about 1/4".
Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green beans and cook, stirring frequently for appx 6 minutes or until tender. You can add a little water and cover them to speed up the process.
Once cooked to your liking, add whisked eggs over the top and continue to stir. After the eggs have cooked all the way through, add shredded cheese and finish with a dash of salt on top.
Serve warm.
