Ingredients

white rice
or quinoa

purple carrot
or beet, 1 red carrot, 1 orange carrot , shredded

water + 3 TBS

tsp
sea salt
sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Use a grater to shred carrots.
Add carrots, rice, salt, and water to large pot. Bring to boil, then simmer until rice is cooked and no water remains.
Serve warm and garnish with sesame seeds
