Peach Iced Tea
- 12 regular sized tea bags
- Fresh filtered water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 11.5 oz can of peach nectar (or sub last week’s peaches, blended)
- 1 lemon
- 4 fresh peaches

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat and add tea bags.

Let tea steep for about 10 minutes.

Remove tea bags and add sugar to hot water, stir until dissolved.

Add baking soda and peach nectar and stir.

Pour tea mixture into large pitcher and stir in 10 cups of ice water.

Stir in 1-2 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add sliced, fresh peaches and serve over ice.

Makes one gallon of peach iced tea.

Strawberry Slushy
- 5 Ounce Glass
- 4-6 Fresh Strawberries
- 4-5 Ice Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
- In a blender or food processor add ice cubes, 5 strawberries and sugar,
- Pulse into you have a nice semi-frozen slush
- Pour into glass
- Add sliced strawberries
- Garnish with sprig of fresh rosemary

Cucumber Mint Water
- 12 cups of water (3 quarts)
- 2 to 3 lemons or limes or oranges, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber or 1/2 of a medium to large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 10 to 15 mint leaves
- Rinse lemons and cucumbers before slicing; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher.
- Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Pour in a large glass over some ice…it’s very refreshing! This water tastes best the day or day after you make it.

Cantaloupe Agua Frescsa
- 1 cantaloupe cut into chunks
- 2 cups water
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar, or more according to taste
- ice, for serving
- mint leaves, for garnish

In a blender, puree cantaloupe until smooth. Pour through a strainer (or cheesecloth) to separate the pulp. (Discard pulp, or freeze into ice cubes for your drink)

Pour liquid cantaloupe into a large pitcher. Add water and lime juice. Stir to comine. Sweetened with sugar according to taste. Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to serve.

Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup watermelon, peeled, diced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
- In a blender add all the ingredients.
- Blend 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Serve with extra watermelon slices and fresh strawberries.
