Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups finely chopped brussel sprouts
  • 1 apple chopped into small slices
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans

dressing:

  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • dash of white balsamic vinegar
  • dash of maple syrup or agave
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • dash of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Using a mandolin, carefully shred brussel sprouts into super fine pieces.
  • Cut apples into small pieces
  • Mix all dressing ingredients together then adjust to taste.
  • Toss everything together and enjoy!
