Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece of salmon cooked
  • 2 cups of leafy greens
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced fennel
  • 1 tangerine segmented
  • 1 small radish thinly sliced

for the dressing:

  • juice of 1 orange or tangerine
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 tsp white basalmic
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • dash of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • While Salmon is cooking, use a mandolin to thinly slice fennel and radish.
  • Break apart tangerine into slices.
  • Mix dressing ingredients and adjust to taste.
  • Assemble bowl with leafy greens, quinoa, salmon, veggies, tangerine and pour dressing on top.
