Ingredients
  

  • 1 head romanesco chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1 box macaroni
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
  • Chop romanesco into tiny florets.
  • When water is at a full boil, add maccaroni and romanesco.
  • 3 minute before pasta is done, add frozen veggies.
  • Drain everything and move to a large bowl
  • Toss together with vinaigrette and chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm or cooled (up to 4 days in the fridge!)
