Ingredients
  

  • 1 or more pomegranates
  • large bowl
  • sharp knife
  • spatula

Instructions
 

  • Cut pomegranate into quarters (or 1/8's if the fruit is very large)
  • Hold quarter over a large bowl, with the seeds facing your hand.
  • Smack the outer skin with a spatula and watch the seeds fall into the large bowl below (I like to do this over the sink).
  • Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you've used all sections.
  • Eat seeds or transfer to a tupperware and store in the fridge.
