Ingredients
  

  • for 1 serving:
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • water
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 ripe persimmon

Instructions
 

  • Prepare oatmeal according to instructions on package.
  • Add Chia Seeds and mix well.
  • If not already sweetened, I like to add a teaspoon or so of maple syrup to sweeten.
  • Top with a ripe persimmon chopped into small pieces. (Also great with Pears, Peaches, Berries...)
