Ingredients
  

  • 3 large leaves green chard or kale or 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil or 1/8 tsp mint extract
  • 1 1/2 TBS small chocolate chips
  • 1/2 avocado optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove Stems completely from chard/kale
  • Blend banana, milk, peppermint, & greens leafs in a blender until smooth. Adding the optional avocado half here will make it more creamy!
  • Add chocolate chips and blend for 5 more seconds
