Ingredients
  

  • 5 dates
  • 1 cup almonds soaked overnight
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Soak almonds over night. In the morning drain them
  • In a high speed blender, blend almonds with 3 1/2 cups fresh water on high for 1 min
  • Use cheesecloth to strain almond milk into a bowl
  • Return almond milk to blender and add dates, turmeric, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • blend on high for 30 seconds or until all is smooth.
  • Serve at room temperature or heat in pan if you prefer it hot.
