
Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted walnuts
- 3 cups loosely packed chard
- 1 whole lemon, juiced seeds removed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Process the garlic until finely chopped.
- Add walnuts, chard, lemon juice, parmesan and salt to the food processor.
- Pour in half the olive oil and blend.
- Taste, and adjust the texture, adding oil, lemon juice, water, salt one tablespoon at a time desired consistancy
