Ingredients
  

  • 4 carrots cut into rounds
  • 1 box of snap peas tip trimmed
  • beet greens or spinach chopped
  • 2 + TBS Olive oil or other cooking oil
  • soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  • Saute carrots for 3 minutes stirring regularly, add snap peas and cook for approximately 6 minutes stirring frequently.
  • You can add a lid a couple minutes at a time to speed up the cooking process.
  • Once veggies are all mostly cooked add leafy greens and cook until wilted.
  • Drizzle soy sauce over the top, give it a final stir and serve warm.
