Ingredients
  

  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 4 dates
  • 1 1/2 TBS coconut oil
  • 2 TBS shredded coconut
  • 3 TBS almond flour
  • small dash each: sea salt cinnamon, nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
  • Roll into balls
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours to harden and serve. They last for up to 2 weeks!
