Ingredients
- 1 or more pounds zucchini
- 2 TBS coconut oil or ghee or olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- If you have a spiralizer , vegetti, or even a plain old vegetable peeler or grater, use your tool to slice the zucchini into noodles.
- Heat oil over medium heat and saute zucchini for about 10 minutes until soft and golden around the edges, stirring frequently
- Stir with a dash of sea salt and serve warm
- Also delicious with pesto or tomato sauce!
