Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup toasted walnuts
  • 3 cups loosely packed chard
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced seeds removed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Process the garlic until finely chopped.
  • Add walnuts, chard, lemon juice, parmesan and salt to the food processor.
  • Pour in half the olive oil and blend.
  • Taste, and adjust the texture, adding oil, lemon juice, water, salt one tablespoon at a time desired consistancy
