Ingredients
- 1 head romanesco chopped into tiny pieces
- 1 box macaroni
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
- Chop romanesco into tiny florets.
- When water is at a full boil, add maccaroni and romanesco.
- 3 minute before pasta is done, add frozen veggies.
- Drain everything and move to a large bowl
- Toss together with vinaigrette and chopped green onions.
- Serve warm or cooled (up to 4 days in the fridge!)
