
Ingredients
- 10 roma tomatoes halved
- 2 bell peppers chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 heads of garlic
- 3 tbs Olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 2 cuos uncooked pasta
- 3/4 cup basil
Instructions
- Roast tomatoes, peppers, onions & garlic with oil, salt+ pepper at 425° for 35–40 min
- Squeeze garlic from skins, toss everything in a blender with basil, and blend
- Add chili flakes + adjust seasoning.
- Simmer 5 min then toss with pasta and you’re done!
