Ingredients
  

  • 10 roma tomatoes halved
  • 2 bell peppers chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 3 tbs Olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cuos uncooked pasta
  • 3/4 cup basil

Instructions
 

  • Roast tomatoes, peppers, onions & garlic with oil, salt+ pepper at 425° for 35–40 min
  • Squeeze garlic from skins, toss everything in a blender with basil, and blend
  • Add chili flakes + adjust seasoning.
  • Simmer 5 min then toss with pasta and you’re done!
