
Ingredients
- 4 persimmon, sliced
- 2 pomegranates, seeded
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 14 oz arugula, or baby spinach
- 1 cup candied pecans
Dressing
- 3/4 cup citrus infused olive oil
- 1/4 cup tangerine or orange juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs white balsamic
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
Instructions
- combine all the salad ingredients. For the dressing, adjust flavors before tossing.
