Ingredients
  

  • 4 persimmon, sliced
  • 2 pomegranates, seeded
  • 1 head red leaf lettuce
  • 14 oz arugula, or baby spinach
  • 1 cup candied pecans

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup citrus infused olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tangerine or orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs white balsamic
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • combine all the salad ingredients. For the dressing, adjust flavors before tossing.
