Pasta and Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package pasta
  • 1  head broccoli, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 cup  shredded cheese
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 4 tbsp chopped herbs

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions but subtract three minutes from total cook time.
  • When timer dings, add chopped veggies and boil them with the pasta for the final three minutes
  • Drain and let cool.
  • Pour 1/2 bottle dressing and toss. Sprinkle cheese and fresh herbs on top.
  • Let dressing soak up a bit.
  • Add the final 1/2 of dressing just before serving.
