Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup white rice or quinoa
  • 1 purple carrot or beet, 1 red carrot, 1 orange carrot , shredded
  • 3 cups water + 3 TBS
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Use a grater to shred carrots.
  • Add carrots, rice, salt, and water to large pot. Bring to boil, then simmer until rice is cooked and no water remains.
  • Serve warm and garnish with sesame seeds
