Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Add zucchini to the food processor and blend well, but not to the point it’s too puréed
  • Add the all other ingredients and blend well🙌🏼
  • Pour into muffin pans
  • Bake at 350 for 22 minutes, enjoy!
