Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Add zucchini to the food processor and blend well, but not to the point it’s too puréed
- Add the all other ingredients and blend well🙌🏼
- Pour into muffin pans
- Bake at 350 for 22 minutes, enjoy!
