As the warm and sunny months are finally approaching, its time for some delicious kid-friendly smoothies! Smoothies are an easy and delicious way for your children to enjoy their daily dose of fruits and veggies. All of the recipes provided below are easy to make and easy to enjoy.

Classic Strawberry Banana 

  • 1 full sliced Banana
  • 3 Strawberries
  • Milk or Coconut Milk
  • Honey (optional)

Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until the consistency is just right. Add honey until it is the perfect amount of sweetness.

Orange and Carrot Smoothie

  • 2 peeled and deseeded oranges
  • 2 sliced Carrot
  • Coconut water or Apple Juice
  • Ice
  • Honey (optional)

Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until the consistency is just right. Add ice to make it more of a slushy. Add honey until it is the perfect amount of sweetness.

Creamy Dates with spinach

  • 1 cup of sliced dates
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • Half a cup of milk/ coconut milk
  • Ice
  • Honey

Blend the milk dates and honey. Add ice and blend until the consistency is just right. Add honey until sweet enough.
