Delicious, creamy and smoothie holiday smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted sugar pie pumpkin or orange kabocha (or even butternut or carrot if you want to try something different!½ frozen banana
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup oat milk
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until creamy.
- Serve in 2 glasses and enjoy! feel free to top with some pumpkin seeds and a dash of cinnamon
