Delicious, creamy and smoothie holiday smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup roasted sugar pie pumpkin or orange kabocha (or even butternut or carrot if you want to try something different!½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp  maple syrup
  • ½  cup oat milk
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until creamy.
  • Serve in 2 glasses and enjoy! feel free to top with some pumpkin seeds and a dash of cinnamon
