Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 2 spoonfuls hummus
  • 1/4 of a lemon
  • sea salt
  • 1 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread.
  • Layer with hummus, hemp seed, and avocado.
  • Cover with a dash of lemon juice then sprinkle nutritional yeast and sea salt on tip.

Notes

Avocado toast with a little hummus, a sprinkle of salt and a squeeze of lemon! I like to add hemp seeds for a boost of protein and omegas and nutritional yeast for all the B vitamins.
