Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 2 spoonfuls hummus
- 1/4 of a lemon
- sea salt
- 1 tbs nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
Instructions
- Toast bread.
- Layer with hummus, hemp seed, and avocado.
- Cover with a dash of lemon juice then sprinkle nutritional yeast and sea salt on tip.
Notes
Avocado toast with a little hummus, a sprinkle of salt and a squeeze of lemon! I like to add hemp seeds for a boost of protein and omegas and nutritional yeast for all the B vitamins.
