Ingredients
  

  • zest from 1-2 lemons
  • appx 2 TBS lemon juice
  • 6 TBS almond flour
  • 3 TBS coconut oil
  • 3 TBS shredded coconut
  • 8 drops liquid stevia or maple syrup start with 2 tsp then add to taste
  • tiny dash sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients above and blend in a food processor.
  • Taste and Adjust ingredients for desired taste and texture. Blend again.
  • spread a 1/2 almond flour 1/2 coconut shred mixes on your cutting board
  • Roll paste into small balls then roll balls in almond-coconut mixture and refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight.
