Ingredients
- 2-4 ripe kiwis halved, green part scooped out
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups or more water
- sweetener optional (drizzle of agave or maple syrup or stevia)
- Optional: 1/2" ginger
Instructions
- Blend kiwis, water, lemon optional sweetener, and blend on high. Taste to check sweetness level and adjust to taste. If you prefer a thinner beverage, add additional water to thin out and blend for a few seconds.
