Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 ripe kiwis halved, green part scooped out
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups or more water
  • sweetener optional (drizzle of agave or maple syrup or stevia)
  • Optional: 1/2" ginger

Instructions
 

  • Blend kiwis, water, lemon optional sweetener, and blend on high. Taste to check sweetness level and adjust to taste. If you prefer a thinner beverage, add additional water to thin out and blend for a few seconds.
