Let's talk for a moment about radishes. Their spicy flavor is something people tend to either love or hate about them.
If you're not a fan of their spice
1) Steam them!! Simply rinse them, cut in half and steam them until fork-tender. Then toss with butter and sea salt. This takes the bitterness just about 100% away and they have the taste of a light and fluffy potato.
2) To enjoy them crispy, slice them thin then soak in water for 30 min or even overnight. Drain then use in salad. They're also great pickled.
If you like spice
1) Slice atop avocado toast or pair with something cool like cucumber and or cream cheese.
2) They're also incredibly popular across Europe as a breakfast on buttered toast.
