Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale de-stemmed and rinsed
  • 3 TBS trader joes tahini sauce or tahini+ water+ lemon juice to thin
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit of choice or roasted veggies
  • 1/4 nuts of choice
  • optional: 1 cup cooked quinoa highly recommended

Instructions
 

  • Chop kale into very small pieces. Combine with all ingredients and toss well.
