Ingredients
- 2 plain naan or flatbreads
- 4 slices havarti cheese
- 3 sprigs of fresh or dried rosemary
- 1 handful dried cranberries
Instructions
- Cover bread with one layer of cheese slices.
- Pinch the rosemary twig to pull off the leaves. Chop fine then prinkle them onto the bread.
- Sprinkle cranberries evenly across the top.
- Toast in the oven/toaster oven until cheese is melted.
- Slice into strips for easy snacking
