This vegan+ paleo recipe is a great snack and simple to make
Ingredients
- 2 drops lavender essential oil
- zest from 1 large cara cara or orange
- 2-3 TBS juice from orange or tangerine
- 6 TBS almond flour
- 3 TBS coconut oil
- 3 TBS shredded coconut
- 6 drops liquid stevia
- tiny dash sea salt
Instructions
- Add ingredients above and blend in a food processor.
- Taste and Adjust ingredients for desired taste and texture. Blend again.
- Roll paste into small balls and refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight.
