Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Peel carrots and cut into small pieces
  • Place pieces into a pot with a steamer basket and just enough water visible through the steamer basket
  • Steam until tender, appx 15 minutes
  • Pureeing with an immersion blender
  • Add water as necessary to achieve a smooth, thin consistency
