Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce washed and chopped
- 1 persimmon sliced thin
- 1/2 apple sliced thin
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- Vinagrette Dressing to taste
Instructions
- Slice fruit into thin pieces, using a mandolin if you have it.
- Toss remaining salad ingredients with vinaigrette dressing of choice.
