A few years ago, after years of ultras and high mileage, I ended up dealing with RED-S and multiple bone fractures. It was a tough lesson in just how much fueling matters when you’re asking your body to do big things.

Since then, Good Box has become an important part of how I fuel my running. Having fresh, nutrient-dense produce on hand makes it so much easier to eat a varied, mostly plant-based diet and consistently give my body the food it needs to train and recover.
