- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 TBS white vinegar
- 3 TBS water
- Chopped Dill to taste
- 1 cucumber, sliced very thin round
- 1/2 onion, sliced into fine strips
1 .Place the cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
2. Mix well. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour the vinegar water mixture over the cucumbers and onions and mix well.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least two hours.
