Eating with the seasons means we’ll all about squash this time of year! Pumpkins (and all winter squash) are so versatile! Not only do they taste good but they look good too! They make great decor to remind you of the Autumn around your kitchen, dining room, front porch…and they last for weeks (or months) until you’re ready to cook them.
Roasted~
As with most squash, our most favorite way to enjoy these is to cut them in to wedges and roast with olive oil, salt and pepper, and a sprinkling of brown sugar in a 400 degree oven for appx 20 minutes on each side. simple and delicious!
